Refund and Returns Policy

At Istiak Academy, we strive to provide high-quality courses and services to our students. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or return is requested. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Digital Courses & Services

• Once you have successfully enrolled in a course and accessed the content, no refund will be issued.

• Refunds are only applicable if:

  1. You have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error.

  2. You did not receive access to the purchased course/service within 24 hours of successful payment.

• To claim a refund, you must contact us within 3 working days of your purchase.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

• Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka – 5 working days, Outside Dhaka – 10 working days.

• If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Out of Stock Policy

• If any product is out of stock after payment, you will be notified immediately.

• You may choose to wait for restock, replace it with another product, or request a full refund.
