1. Digital Courses & Services

Once you have successfully enrolled in a course and accessed the content, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are only applicable if:

You have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error.

You did not receive access to the purchased course/service within 24 hours of successful payment.

To claim a refund, you must contact us within 3 working days of your purchase.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka – 5 working days, Outside Dhaka – 10 working days.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Out of Stock Policy
